Eco Lighting for Victorian Business is an initiative of The Environment Shop and The Sustainability Fund. The objective of the Eco Lighting for Victorian Business project is to encourage businesses to:
• take the first steps towards sustainability with confidence,
• reduce the perceived risks, and
• inspire them to look at other areas where they can improve efficiency.
Based on the outcomes of this Project, an Eco Lighting Information Kit has been developed for professionals who specify and implement lighting plans including architects, consulting engineers, designers, developers, local Government representatives and electricians.
The Eco Lighting Information Kit contains:
• An information sheet containing a range of energy efficient lighting alternatives.
• An Energy Saving Calculator.
• The Eco Lighting showcase retrofits that have been completed to date:
